Currently, many decisions about Florida’s healthcare are made using national data that doesn’t always capture the unique reality of living in the Sunshine State.

The Florida Oversample of Children’s Health (FL-OCH) is our state-specific “boost.” It allows us to look past the generalities and see the specific needs of Florida’s diverse counties. We are specifically focusing on critical areas where Florida can improve, such as the transition from pediatric to adult healthcare for teenagers.
